Architecture Overview
Query Handling Flow:

- The active agent receives the request and applies its configuration.
- The workflow processes the query:

- Based on the intent, the AI dynamically invokes tools (search, read content, summarize, translate, publish, chapters)
- Tools retrieve, process, and return results to the AI node
- The AI generates a structured response using the tool outputs
- The chatbot displays the final response.
Workflow
Intelligence Hub supports two types of workflows:
Agentic Chatbot
The agentic chatbot uses a single AI node configured with tools. When a user sends a message, the AI node analyzes the intent and dynamically invokes the appropriate tools (search, read content, summarize, translate, publish, chapters) to generate a response. No additional nodes or complex graph logic is required.
Custom Workflows
The Workflow Designer provides a visual, node-based editor for building custom processing workflows. These workflows use multiple nodes connected in sequence to handle tasks such as content embedding, chapter generation, and summarization. Custom workflows can be triggered automatically when content is published or executed on demand. Customers can design their own workflows to implement custom processing logic.
Agent Management
Agents in VIDIZMO are designed to carry out tasks ranging from simple requests to complex, multi-step workflows.Through the VIDIZMO portal, you can create and configure agents. Each agent ties a workflow to a chatbot interface and can be tailored for specific audiences or use cases.
Each agent connects to exactly one workflow. Multiple agents can connect to the same workflow while maintaining different branding and knowledge base configurations.
